No one can lease/rent a space at Two Creeks without first being interviewed.  This is a private association of adults, and a very special place, for very special adults over the age of 21 (no children is permitted whatsoever).

Membership Benefits will be discussed with you when you visit. But your lease and rental includes ALL weekend dances and special events during the season.

Seasonal Rates for May 1 - October 31, 2007:

Tents, RVs/Pop-ups and Travel Trailers with full hookup (electric non metered) - $1900 per season*

Tents, RVs/Pop-ups and Travel Trailers with full hookup (metered electric) - $1600 per season*

Tents, RVs/Pop-ups and Travel Trailers with water and electric (no direct sewer hookup) - $1600 per season

Daily Rates - (May 1 - October 31)*:

Tents, RVs/Pop-ups and Travel Trailers with full hookup - $45 per day*

Tents, RVs/Pop-ups and Travel Trailers with electric and water (no direct sewer hookup) - $40 per day

Tents, RVs/Pop-ups and Travel Trailers without direct hookup to water, electric or sewer - $25 per day

2 Nights/Weekend/Friday - Leaving on Sunday Rate (May 1 - October 31)*:

Tents, RVs/Pop-ups and Travel Trailers with full hookup - $80 per weekend*

Tents, RVs/Pop-ups and Travel Trailers with electric and water (no direct sewer hookup) - $70 per weekend

Tents, RVs/Pop-ups and Travel Trailers without direct hookup to water, electric or sewer - $45 per weekend

3 to 7 Day Rate (May 1 - October 31)*:

Tents, RVs/Pop-ups and Travel Trailers with full hookup - $120 for the first 3 days, then $20 per day there after

Tents, RVs/Pop-ups and Travel Trailers with electric and water (no direct sewer hookup) - $110 for the first 3 days, then $15 per day there after

Tents, RVs/Pop-ups and Travel Trailers without direct hookup to water, electric or sewer - $65 for the first 3 days, then $10 per day there after.

Monthly Rates (May 1 - October 31):

Tents, RVs/Pop-ups and Travel Trailers with full hookup - $400 per month*

Tents, RVs/Pop-ups and Travel Trailers with water and electric hookup (no direct sewer) - $350.

Tents, RVs/Pop-ups and Travel Trailers without direct hookup to water, electric or sewer - $300 per month.

Private Association Dues - $30 for a one month membership (minimum membership), $100 per Year, $300 for 5 Years or $1,000 for a lifetime membership.
